What to Expect: The standard home inspection, on an average home, takes 3-4 hours to complete. Most inspections can be scheduled within 48 hours. Emergency services are available. A home inspection covers only the areas and systems that are readily accessible (does not include swimming pools, hot tubs, security systems, low voltage lighting, or pest infestation). Separate buildings can be included for an additional fee (a primary detached garage is included in the standard inspection). At the end of the inspection, I invite you to tour the home and discuss the findings of the inspection and ask any questions you may have. You will be provided a full, typewritten report within 24 hours (lab testing will require additional time). Payment is due at the time of the inspection: Cash or check accepted.
